Cancellation Policy:

Time is precious and lives are busy. We love to create beautiful hair, and it takes time to do so.  As respect to the time we reserve for your appointment, we ask that you are familiar with our cancellation policy.  We require 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment.  If less than 48 hours are given, we require a fee of $25 per service to be paid in order to re-book your next appointment. If multiple cancellations occur, the total cost of all services cancelled must be paid to re-book an appointment. We realize that life is not always predictable, and not all events are in your control.  When things happen, we will reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Same day bookings:

When booking an appointment the same day or within a 48 hour timeframe, we ask that you provide a 3 hour notice of changes/cancellation. If this notice is outside of our hours of operation, please call the salon at 905-257-1414 to leave a voicemail or send us an e-mail at info@thesalonatoakville.ca

No Show Policy:

Guests who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us via phone or e-mail are considered a No Show and are therefore subject to the terms in our cancellation policy.  If multiple no-show occur, we reserve the right to prevent pre-booking appointments

Deposits:

We require deposits to book appointments for corrective colour services and Keratin services.  The amount of the deposit is based on time and cost of appointment.  These services require a consultation, during which you will be informed of the cost of the deposit.
